GOW Online Problems!

Ive just got GOW back and whenever I try to join a online game I get the message saying no connection can be made to the host please try again.

And I can only seem to find 2 games online and the same ranked match constantly and Im using the quick match option.

Please help!

Ive solved it, it was because the speed of my internet connection has suddenly decreased and the quality of the connection had decreased and my the person who hosted it, there 360 had froze.
