Crackdown and Halo 3 Beta Problems

I am soo pissed wTF they should have had this resolved crackdown has been out for how long??? the beta is so damn short as it is why not take another day away from us

I think they didn't expect it, i'm sure they were tested and this was a bug they didn't catch.
