Very Slow Downloads..

Ever since I got my 360 back my downloads have been insanely slow, halo 3 for example took me 5 hours and the new pack for crackdown took me two and dirt has been going for four hours and is only at 71%, anybody know why this could be?

I downloaded the halo 3 beta in less than an hour..

It's not my ISP though my internet is running full speed, I'm going to try resetting everything.
