What Console stood out the most in the WHOLE history of gaming to now? And what is the game and reason it stood out the most?

N64 - Super Mario 64 of course. Older consoles were doing what was already being done in arcades. SM64 was a revolutionary game that led to what we have today.

Playstation - it introduced gaming to the mass market and shook off the stigma that was attached

Also GTA began life on the PS1, thats got to give it bragging rights

I'm gonna have to say SNES, Super Mario Land. I mean, there are still people going out and hunting down SNES systems for that game. I've seen people fight over them, pay over a thousand dollars for one, all that stuff.

Thats a gameboy game. Super Mario World is the SNES game. :)

Im gonna have to agree with N64 SM64. It revolutionized the francise by making it fully 3d, And didnt skimp on the gameplay. It made the N64. And 3d gaming.. imho.

That was my second choice, but I liked Conker more. I mean who doesn't like a acoholic, cigar smoking, playboy reading, gun wielding, tedi killing, giant poo killer, bull rider, matrix user, weasel murderer, squirell who loves to jump on big tits. I mean come on when was the last time you saw Link grow some cojones and ask Zelda out? I mean come on he saved her countless times and he never even kissed her. Can someone say *****? Link is kick ass though, just a push over.
