DO NOT GET WINDOWS VISTA BETA! I made the mistake of doing this.....I could not go back to Windows XP and Vista worked horribly due to pre-release bugs and such. I highly suggest you stay away from this product until its final release! After I installed this...I wanted to get rid of it and I couldnt and I hadn't made backups of my files.....Almost everything was lost!

You can always make a seperate partition and install it there. That way you won't lose your other OS.
