PS3 delayed???

I went to the shop game to see if i could pre-prder a ps3.The guy told me there taking names but it wasn't official.He took my name and i said "so theres no chance of getting one by christmas?" and heres the big newz he told me that the ps3 will probably be moved for an easter release.
Could this mean we won't see the ps3 until april or may now?If so i'll be mega pissed.

He's talking sh1t. If the PS3 gets delayed at all, it'll still be here by Christmas. If not, Sony are pretty much screwed 'cause everyone will be so pissed off, they will buy a Wii and 360 with the money they had saved for the PS3 :P

Its not true. The people who work at GAME are idiots. A few weeks after SOCOM came out for PSP I went in to ask if they sold the headset seperately and he said SOCOM wasnt even out on the PSP :/ So if your gonna believe everything that they say, your a fool.

not really i remember when everyone thought the psp would be released in the spring in europe game told me it would be pushed back till after the summer and they were right.

www.gamespot.com only mentions it's release in November. So if you've any other leads, please post away.

That's what they said to me, i saw it in ASDA with the headset and i went down to GAME and they said it's not released yet and it's in ASDA lol.

There has been no official release date set for the ps3 or wii, thats why alot of places arent taking pre orders until like october.
