$199 is excellent. I'm sure the Wii will be a hot seller and the low price will only sweeten the deal. I have always appreciated Nintendo and their products. After I get my PS3 I might buy a Wii.

Ye i saw that on an internet advert yesterday, $199 is around 100GBP that's a hell of a good price. If it's relelased that that price i think there going to sell like hell.

That doesnt mean your being charged more. Quit comparing everything to the US currency. You're getting charged what the market allows over there. Since you wanna compare to US prices, how about this. Take the UK currency you'd pay for the Wii.. say 190 pounds. Now convert that to US funds... $358.45 !! Now you can almost buy two Wii systems in the US. Now... quit with the "we get charged more" whines.

The US isnt the basis from what everyone pays for items.
