View Full Version : Pc Game Reccomendations??

I am building a gaming PC, and I need some ideas on what games to get.

I already have Half Life 2 and Counter Strike Source.

What other games should I buy?

I like FPS mainly, and games that support online gameplay. But I am open to suggestions.

NO RPG's, I hate them.

Battlefield 2's very good when you get into it, I recommend that but CS: S is probably the best FPS out at the minute.

I know i don't have a pc but i have delta force black hawk down for the MAC and its good fun.My mate plays joint operations its ace.

I was thinking about getting BF2. I heard it takes alot to run that game though haha, but my rig should run it smoothly at mid/high settins around 50fps

HL2 and CSS are all ya need. ;)

Get COD2.

Doesnt CSS require really low requirments for running it?

Not really, but its still a great game. BF2 needs decent PC to run but even on low settings its good. CSS is still better IMO, cos BF2's servers usually have very high pings, and no one wants to work together as a team, but if you get into a good squad who use microphones, its brilliant.

Yea I say Halo and Unreal Tournament (07' is coming out in january). And BF2 I guess. Best FPS imo.

I have unreal 05. I am going to pick up BF2 tomorow. I wont even have my rig built for at least a week or two haha

Unreal 05? I assumme you mean 04. Anyway, the Battlefield games have got to be some of the best FPS on the market.

Hook yourself up with a Resident Evil 4 preorder, and a copy of Max Payne 2. Good games, with hours of gameplay behind them.

Halo, Ut (whatever, i prefer the original and ut 3), You wanna put your system up to test get Fear, that eats resources looks beautiful and has half smart enemys, if you dont own it already ghost recon is cool also.
then get mame and klax, ghost and goblins and track and field and your truly pimpin **** :lol:
