Ubi have confirmed that the original Pop will be coming to the XBL Arcade on the 16th of this month. There haven't been any price announcements so far.

Well, to unlock the demo, or purchase the full version is 800pts as usual. The game is really cool in my opinion. It's a classic, but it doesn't LOOK like a classic. The graphics are well done. The animations are really good. The environments and sound are excellent as well. If I had 800pts, I'd probably spend them on this.

So the demo is out, but not the full game...?

The bug only occurs if you download the demo first. Luckily I just bought it without getting the demo. The game is great but poor controls plague this classic.

The game was released on the 13th as xWill corrected me on.

They must have a fix for it because I had downloaded the demo overnight (Wed-Thurs). After my son played it for a little while, he convinced me to spend my 800pts. Loaded the demo, clicked on "Unlock full game". The 360 downloaded for about 1 min. The demo unlocked the full game without a hitch.

As far as the controls go, that's how they are supposed to be. The animation was completely hand-drawn on the classic, and was supposed to mimic actual human movement. Timing is the key, and the controls are a part of the challenge. They aren't faulted, glitched, poor, or otherwise.

I went from the demo to full version and it worked just fine for me.

Maybe it's not the controls, and just the person using the controls ? Dunno, just a suggestion - newb.
