^^ Hey, do you know how much it will be to preorder and when they will start taking the orders? Or is it just up to your Gamestop and not the same date nationaly?

I'm not really sure if it's all gamestops at the same time. But it'll probably be $50 just like 360.

Damn, that means I will need to get like $400 total. The Wii, preorder, tax, and two games, actually more like $450.

It's well worth it. I'm hoping to get most if not all of the launch titles. Gamestop normally includes a free game with preorders if I recall.

Amazon lets you pre-order now? I will try to pre-order from Bestbuy if they let you, and get the Replacement Plan.

I wouldn't think you'd need to preordern in Hawaii.

Anyway, with 4 Million going into circulation, I don't think the Wii will have the same issues that the 360 did. I'm a probably going to pick up a second one around Christmas.

Why not? It's a lot different than you would imagine. I need to find out if I should preorder or if I only have to go to the store a little early on launch day. Now comes the issue of making the money to buy one...

See if you don't pre order then you'll be waiting outside in a huge line until they open, whereas if you do you can just walk in there and laugh at everyone whilst you get yours.

I'm not really sure. But gamestop gives you a free game with pre-order sometimes so I think it pretty much pays for the game.

Of course it goes towards the system. A preorder is basically you putting down money to guarantee you are buying the system. This way the store knows exactly how many systems they are definately selling and need to order. They dont just pocket your money lol.

GAME finally started taking preorders of the Wii in the UK yesterday, I went to the GAME at The Fort in Glasgow. I managed to be the 27th preorder in that store, so I should be OK for Launch :D

Hm... Two days ago my boyfriend called this place around here, GameCrazy, to preorder it... and they said that they'll start preordering in NOVEMBER. Are they stupid? Or was some idiot on the phone saying stuff he had no idea about?

Maybe that place just sucks... lol

my friend works at game stop, i gave her $50 so she can fill me in as one of the first to reserve it. =P

I didnt to gamestop in time. Where can I reserve one? I just called all the gamestop, and eb in my area and they are all sold out.
