This looks like a useful list in progress...

The Sega Genesis was called the Sega Mega Drive in most places, released in Japan in 1988, North America in 1989 and Europe in 1990.

When I did the review I looked at the American release dates, because that's where I live. I did that along with the name. In the US its called Genesis, most places over seas its called Mega Drive. On the rest of my reviews I will be sure to do include other things like that.
