how do you register someone in your address book?
click on the mail icon, click on the create message icon, click on address book, then click on register. You cant send messages to someone unless they also register you.

how do they register me and how do i send a message from my cell phone to my wii?
They have to register you the same way you registered them. The cellphone thing I have no idea.
