A hard decision !!!!!

I can get the XBOX 360 or the WII for Christmas. The Wii looks really cool and fun but the xbox 360 is totallly awesome. If you guys had to choose which one would you choose ? I have heard the wii isnt all its cracked up to be.

I have to say the 360 is far more supierer than the wii. Nintendo consoles have always tryed to make a little kids console

Well, I've played both.

The Wii is REALLY fun. Like, ridiculous "chasing a ball" kind of fun. Plus it's got a better price tag if you're not well endowed in the pocket book.

The X-Box 360 looks ok in the graphics department, will definitely be alot better once these developers get it figured out. Also, it has a hefty hard drive.

I'd say you need to go, and play some of the games available at store kiosks, for BOTH systems, and make a decision based on that. Or you can wait and see which system has a better game line-up for your tastes.

Wow this is a tough one. BUT! Would you rather spend $400 later getting the 360 yourself or just $250 for a Wii? Get the 360 now and spend less money later.

Well, this is a tough choice. The 360 has Gears of War, Oblivion, G.R.A.W., and Halo 3. It also has Assasins Creed and Mass Effect which are two games that look great so far. The Wii has Zelda, Metroid Prime, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and Mario Galaxies. So looking at the games for each system may help you. If you really want a system for online play then definently get a 360.

I'd get the 360. It has a years worth of games out already, and the Wii just has launch games, which aren't that great.

I'd go with the 360, I was thinking of getting a Wii for christmas at one point, but I realised behind the fun of the new wiimote, there was only 2 games that were really appealing to me (Red Steel and TP of course!), where as on the 360 there were lots.

Get the 360 mate.I had the same dilema aswell but the 360 is better than the wii overall IMO
