Refurbished 360

I just bought a refurbished Xbox360 premium for only $279.99 & sales tax, soo the total came out to be $297.22. And, I was wonder what I should look out for, and should I have bought the 2 year warranty? The manufacturing date was 10-16-2005.

No, M$ will only replace them for 1 year... after they announced this which was a while ago

That would mean it's broken, you need to take it back and exchange it for another one. They'll give you refurbished if they have em or they'll have you upgrade to a new one for the difference of the price.

Yeah, maybe 4 or 5 times. I seem to mainly freeze in the guide button.

Mine has froze twice since I had it, once when playing a rainbow six demo online and playing gears of war online co op. Any way to solve this problem?

No. GoW co-op is glitchy. A patch will be released soon. and demos in general are also glitchy because...well there demos

Does anyone know where to get a replacement rubber pad for the bottom of the 360? Mine has fallen off and is no where to be found, and it annoys me how my 360 wobles when standing.

Alright, now I'm looking foward to trade this in for a brand new 360 but I need to know when the new chipsets are coming out for 360.. Can someone help me out?

And now I realize, what if the warranty is up and it gets the three red lights... So whenever EBgames gets 2nd Generation Xbox 360's I'll pay the diffrence to get one because it would be like paying money to fix the xbox anyways.

Can anyone give me more info to tell if its a 2nd generation Xbox 360?
