in this sundays news paper add there it shows assasins creed for $39.99 on 360 and ps3, and it shows it will be in stores 11/15 Thursday by 5 pm
so will they have to honor this? so if i wait till thursday to get it form there i will get it for sure for that much right?

If it does not say prices are effective until MM/DD/YYYY then it should be okay.

iam actually not buying it from frys i will be price matching the ad with circuit city on Wednesday :)

i dont have a walmart near here, when i called and asked circuit city if they do price matching, they said yes, and then i was like fry's and shes like yes and you need to have the sales ad, so i guess iam alright then.
