Reply here if you are furious with microsoft and the lack of service they provide. i am currently on my 4th xbox 360 and am thinking about a PS3 anyone else feel the same way.

I have had to replace 0 xbox 360 consoles. I own 2 360s right now and I try to replace them every 6 months so I never have to worry about them getting the 3ROD on me.

Did you buy an elite or did you get microsoft to send you one for free as compensation cause i have just had to send off my 4th xbox and all they have offered me is Gears Of War Or Kameo

I purchased the Best Buy product replacement plan. My first premium broke so I exchanged it for a new premium. My second premium broke so I exchanged it for a Halo 3 edition console. I decided it wasn't such a good deal so I exchanged it for an Elite.

I've had none. It's probably because I put in only 5 to 10 hours of game play on it every month, but if it was to break I'd just buy a new one.

I had to exchange mine within the first week, because of freezing problems, unfortunatly this one does the same thing...speaking of quality, Xbox 360 is the worst console ever made...

none, I didnt get my elite that long ago though as you can tell by my gamerscore. =/

I haven't had a single problem with my Elite. I've had it exactly 6 months, 3 days. It is on at least 6 hours a day.

I've had to replace mine once and the service was bs. It has three red lights which means a full refund, but the lady on the phone had be do all this weird stuff with it like keep unplugging and plugging back in until there were four lights, then I had to pay 100 bucks to get it fixed. :crying:

I had no porblems with my launch 360 until 3 weeks ago when the disc drive wouldn't close with a disc in it. Called Microsoft, sent it out and got a replacement unit for about $100. I've been very satisfied with my Xbox 360 and Microsoft's service.

I have had my xbox since release day but only got live last october thats when the problems started 4 repairs since febuary 2007 and the customer service microsoft provide is S#%T to be honest i always get through to sum 1 who cant speak english and i have to spell out all my details to her. I am now trying really hard to get sum decent compensation from them as i am really unhappy
