Trust me you won't regret getting Call of Duty 3 or Rainbox Six Vegas. Both are awesome

Oblivion is also great, Project Gotham Racing 3 is a gorgeous racer, Gears of War is the best game out there, and you can't go wrong with Just Cause or Saints Row which are both GTA clones

Seriously, this must be the most overrated game ever.

If you're in a room with walls in the vicinity, who knows what the **** the A button is going to make you do. Maybe you'll summersault into a wall, maybe you'll duck for cover when there's an enemy literally 1 foot from you, who ****ing knows.

And why the **** would someone make it so that you have to duck and cover before jumping? Dumbest **** ever.

And what's with the overuse of darkness? What's the point of HD if you can't see **** in half the game? Wow, straining your ****ing eyesight is so ****ing cool. I guess they don't put lights on the end of guns in the future. Aliens must've destroyed all Mag lights.

And then there are slowdown issues that seem to happen at the worst possible moment - usually when there's an enemy right in your face.

I enjoyed the first few levels of this game, but it seems to go to absolute annoying **** after awhile.

IGN was talking about over use of the A button also. But in beating the game 2x I have only had one *ONE* instance where the A button did something different than I intended. And in saying that the game goes to utter **** after the first few levels is definitely an overstatement...

If you are good and understand the game, the A button does exactly what you want it to (unless you are freaking out and just running around pushing A...) Plus, you must have a crappy tv or bad settings because the game isn't too dark for me. Also, you can "jump"(roll) without getting to cover, just be going forward and push A (not in front of something) and you will roll... And I agree that the slowdown is annoying but, that only happens once in a blue moon and even then it isn't too aweful... Plus it is all about XBL, you are NOT getting the best out of the game if you havn't played multi....

Why don't you instead of buying it. First, download the demo off of the marketplace for free then if by some freak of nature you like it, then buy the game.
