Damnit, the Wii is WAYY too popular here. I was talking with my friend that works at Gamestop and they got some earlier today, and were sold in five minutes. Also, they have been getting 300+ calls A DAY about the Wii. :?
If anyone wants to pay a little extra for one, let me know.... ;)

I searched EVERYWHERE for a Wii, yesterday.
I called 4 Circuit Cities.
3 Best buys
5 Wal-Marts
2 Gamestop
1 EB Games
1 Toys'r'us
And I actually WENT to about 5 stores, as well.
GAAAH. I kept getting the same answer "Next shipment is on the 17th"
The guy at gamestop said he got 3 yesterday morning, but there were about 9 people waiting outside before the store opened. Looks like I'ma have to do the same.

i still wonder how they think they are going to jump from 1.5 million sold in 3 weeks to selling another 2.5+ by year end (another 2 weeks)

If anyone wants to pay a little extra for one, let me know.... ;)
Would you actually do that? Like $250 + the tax + shipping + a little fee for your time?

I was having a look on the UK version of eBay and there were a lot of Wii's selling at double, triple etc. their RRP. This guy really made me laugh though:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Nintendo-wii_W0QQitemZ280059301913QQihZ018QQcategoryZ62054Q QrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
Why he thinks anyone in their right minds are going to buy from him is beyond me, especially as there are plenty of people selling at £200-£300 like this seller:

Some of these sellers are just thick

Thats because everyone's selling their PS3's for money while people who have a Wii to keep it to actually play it and have fun with it. I heard some statistic of the people that camped for a PS3,only like 20% of them kept it to play it.
