was having a look on wiihaveaproblem.com (http://wiihaveaproblem.com/) and found this:Wii video 9 (http://wiihaveaproblem.com/show_article.php?id=69)
I tried it out on an AVI file and it was really quick to convert
EDIT: I have found though that the video bitrates are a little high, the lowest quality is 1024kbps. I hope they add some lower quality settings to the next update
