I haven't played one so I don't know first hand but, from what I have seen they didn't break from mis-use they broke because they were accidentally let go (could happen to anyone, even using it correctly) and they were so weak they broke... Its good they are replacing them though...

I'm 100% positive that letting the controllers go wasn't the intended use, so it was attributed to the controllers not being used properly. If you keep a grip that a 5 year old can attain, the controller wouldn't slip out of your hand.

I was wondering how it 'slipped' out of their hand. They said it was due to sweaty palms but even then it's hard to believe.

He said they "don't know how to wear them" I was saying, they were wearing them fine, but they were weak... Guess I didn't say it correctly...
