Apparently, an Australian has either legally, or illegally acquired two copies of the PAL version of Halo3, and quickly sold them on eBay.
The games sold for AU$149 each.
You've got to wonder if MS is keeping an eye on anyone playing the game early... Or if this could possibly be pirated and uploaded for PAL pirates out there.

I read on Digg that a Live member got banned until year 9999 (basically forever) for playing a leaked version of Halo 3.

Its completely not worth it. Having your information banned forever would really suck. I mean you would be banned even when the next Xbox comes out.

Damn could believe that! Xbox Titanium just came out and you could still not even try to play online!
