Is my Xbox 360 defective?

When I turn my 360 on, the fans spin up, and it clicks, and sorta shuts off for a second, before actually turning on.

This just started within the last few weeks.

Would a video help?

I've been through four 360s, (since i bought mine last august) and all of them have done that. Or at least my disc drive does that, not the fan.

It won't let me send the video from my cell phone, says FILE TOO LARGE or something.

Anyways, I think I somehow fixed it, adjusted how my console was sitting, I moved it over a little bit to see if it was dusty or anything underneath, and went to turn it on to try to make a video with my digicam, and it turned on just fine.. the little dot in the middle blinks for a few, then the light goes around the ring, and it turns on, it takes like 2-3 seconds to power up.. is that normal?
