The Wii has picked up my router but when I do a connection test I always get this message:

Error Code 52130
Unable to connect to the Internet, Please see the Wii Operations Manuel.

I was able to connect a laptop, a PSP and a DS with this router, anybody have any ideas (bare in mind I just got this wireless router and don't know a lot about them)

This is the router I'm using

I could help, but it'd probably take a lot longer than need be. You know more about your setup, and should probably try here first:

Not sure if this applies to the Wii as well.

"Does your router use 802.11g?
If your router uses 802.11g, it may default to only the "g" band. This setting will not work with the DS. Check your router's settings (typically in the "Wireless" tab) and make sure that it is set to "Auto," "Mixed," or something similar."

I cant update the firmware as I can only get the Router connected to the Modem, not through the PC. This is because my PC lacks an ethernet connection, the modem is connected up via USB. I cant connect my the router through my dads laptop, it has a ethernet connection but is incompatible with my Modem (it only seems to like Windows ME not XP) :(

EDIT: Well I still couldn't get the Wii connected to the router last night so just gave up and took it back to the shop. I just said it was incompatible with my cable modem. I think I will just have to wait for the Wii LAN Adaptor plus I'd feel more comfortable with a wired connection.
