Who owns a Wii?
had one, and sold it. Didn't want to, but wasn't financially feasible to keep it at the time.

If i really wanted to play Twilight Princess I can buy a Cube for €25 and the game for €10.

I had mine since the release date as well. My wife and I just started playing it again. Mario Party 8 is what we are playing now. Its a great game to play with your wife or girlfriend.

Still got mine. i actually still have games ive yet to even play yet though. I also have MP8 for the woman and me to play. I still need to finish Super Paper Mario as well. Hopfully before SMG comes out. Im still a fan even though it doesnt get much play time lately.

I've owned my Wii since the UK launch, there aren't really enough great games on the system yet. Hopefully in the next few months the game catalogue will gain some worthy games. There are only 2 games rated 9 and above out of 10 on IGNs reviews, and both of them can be bought on Gamecube

Next time, maybe mention $70 CND or something denoting that you are speaking about a different region other than the USA and you won't have to worry about misunderstandings. The way your post looked, you paid $70 for a game that costs $50.
Anyways...
I plan on getting one for my son in October.

I have a Wii, but I only play it when friends come over. Last game I bought was resident evil 4. I am waiting for all the mario games to come out. Lethal, that was pretty arrogant for you to say. it is common knowledge that xTactic lives in Canada seeing he has been at the site for a while. So when he said 70 dollars it would be like him looking at you saying you bought something for 50 and he went wow thats cheap when really in conversion factor it is the same price. Just because your a mod and your old it does not mean you should go around acting like a big tough guy and telling people they are talking with an attitude through words. That in itself is stupid. If you have no time to argue with kids then do not start a arguemnt about it all, just leave it alone. Just like in the htread about cussing you are completly wrong and I am right. Only non power whore staff are F34R, Tgbixxer, and Defender. Hanzo is kool, even though he does whore his position a bit. The staff really needs to keep a cap on their shit because pissing off other members and getting them banned is not going to help the site grow.

Umm, I have a Wii. I play it every once in a while. I go through 'stages' of when i want to play it. I think it is pretty fun at times.

i only got that game cuz my girlfriend wanted to play it. we play it every now and then. btw i totaly own her at it.
For the short time I had the Wii, I really enjoyed it.

I wanted one for Christmas really bad, but my parents couldn't find one so i ended up selling my original Xbox with all the games and got a premium 360. Thank the lord too, as i love my 360 to death.

Haha, but no, I'm too social to play video games constantly, but with the Wii, it's fun for everyone, even not serious gamers and multiplayer gameplay is one of the main things I look for in a game/system.

Waited 24 hours outside of a Best Buy, 2nd in line next to my jackass ex-friend who "just HAD to be first" and I sold it around January-ish for 300. I ended up breaking even, as I owed my mom the money for it since I was broke at the time that I bought it.

I bought one on launch day. Sold it to one of my friends a week before Christmas. Got like $350 x)
Then around in February, I decided to buy another Wii. I still have it unopened/sealed. As well as Z:TP and SPM for it lmao. Wonder if I should open up and play. I like my 360 better though haha.
when i get a job i might buy it with some extra money.

at first they did but now they suck and the 360 is pro, but when the ps3 gets some nicer games it'll be hard not to get one of those. but i'll try to resist.

I have one with pretty much every game out. I got it on launch too, It was fun for a while, worth the $250, but alot of the games just really suck. I doubt Ill sell it though, I can always use it as a dvd player or something, its ok for browsing the internet and watching videos online as well.

Wii Sports... Even though it was the first and free game its one of my favorites, especially the boxing.
Bleach is pretty good too, good fighter.
and Mario Strikers, online play makes it fun, on its own its not that fun.

Ya I have to say Wii Sports is my favorite as well. Boxing is a blast. Metroid Prime 3 is cool too but the controls get tiresome after playing for a bit. And Carnival games my wife and I enjoy playing together. If you want a game to flirt around with a girl then Carnival games is the best one. lol

Nintendo is currently making a tidy $100 or so profit on every Wii sold, so the price drop is almost entirely up to how benevolent they feel. Since Wiis are selling like some sort of super-hotcake, that doesn't look like it's happening anytime soon. Why drop the price when you can't keep shelves stocked before people snatch them up?
