This is my review of Rainbow Six Vegas for Xbox 360
Graphics
The graphics on Vegas are amazing. The detail on the guns and characters are great. When your flying around in the helicopter, going from building to building, you actually feel like your in Vegas. Some people complain about the graphics being toned down for Xbox Live, but to be honest, they still look great. Overall the graphics on Vegas are beautiful, and IMO are up to par with other great looking games like GoW.
Sound
All of the guns sound very realistic when fired and no two guns sound alike. You can tell the developers actually took the time to make the guns sound as close to the real thing as possible. The voice acting in the game is superb, which really helps you get into the game more. When bullets strike different materials such as wood, metal, and glass, the sound changes to the appropriate noise.
Value
The replay value of Vegas is very high. Going through the game on normal took me about 10 hours, and if you would like a challenge you can go back and try and beat the game on realistic, and if you succeed you will receive a nice 100 Gamer Points. The game also has a Terrorist Hunt game mode, where you pick a map, set the amount of terrorists and then go through trying to kill every last one of them to win. This can be a lot of fun to play with a friend.
Xbox Live
This is where the game really shines. This adds a incredible amount of replay value to the game. There are multiple game modes which are all a lot of fun. There is also a large number of maps to play on and two map packs have also been released for free adding 10 more maps. The best part of online is the rank system. Win you play a match online you get experience points, once you get enough points you rank up and unlock new Armour, weapons and accessories.
Overall
Overall This game is one of the best out for the 360 right now. Even if you don't have Xbox Live, Vegas is still a blast to play on Single Player. If you like first person tactical shooters, I suggest you pick up a copy of Rainbow Six Vegas.
Score 9/10
