This site has a different type of auction for the 360.
It's only $50, but you pick a number between 0.01 and 50.00 that no one else picks, but you can see everyone's guesses. It's a $1 to guess.
I called to find out more about the site, and apparently they're getting 30 more 360's on Monday, and auctioning them off with a 'buy it now' option at the retail price.
