I cant hear things throught it but the microphone works so im screwed

just sounds like an hardware screw up, just take it into where ever you bought it (if a store) and get it replaced...

i have a headset problem to. mine works perfect in my wireless remote, but when i plug it into the wired one, it doesnt work.. could this be the remote?

ya, it works now i guess lol. but its cuz my wireless controller isnt on, if it was on then i cant use the headset on te 2nd player
