Gears of War vs. Resistance Fall of Man

At gametrailer.com, they are having a showdow between GOW and RFOM. They show you the gameplay for the games and then you vote for which game that you think is better in a specific category such as AI, graphics, weapons. This is a very good video. Tell us which game you voted for in the most categories.

Graphics = Gears of War
Weapons = Resistance
Vehichles = Resistance
Multiplayer = Resistance
Enemies = Gears of War/Resistance
Art Direction = Gears of War
Overall = Gears of War

I have both games and to be honest they are both so much fun. I give the edge to Gears of War though. Though Resistance is like 3 times larger

Also remember that there are for more people who havent played Resistance and are voting all for Gears of War so the results on that site are bogus.

Yeah, I know, they want people to vote off the gameplay and info that they gave probably. The only category that I picked Resistance for was vehicles. There really weren't vehicles in GOW. One quick boring vehicle mission and that's it. I am not a big fan of vehicles in games so I didn't really mind that there weren't really any in GOW.

You picked GOW for weapons? Resistance has far better weapons. And the multiplayer owns GOW. 40 players VS 4?

I picked GOW for weapons mainly because of the chainsaw gun. It is the best weapon ever. I don't know I just love GOW multiplayer. Working with your teammates is great, and there is nothing better than tagging someone with a grenade and then running off laughing.

I played both and I like Gears more. I've never really liked the First person perspective. But I hate the online. 40 people was too **** many.

Yeah, it seems like 40 players would be way to much. You would die like constantly unless you were really really good. To much would be going on all around you which would make it hard to focus.

Well, I havn't play resistance so what I say is slightly biased but, I tried to be objective. I went Gears on all except vehicles and enemies...

Let me give you my reasons:

Weapons:
Gears, realistic for the most part
Resistance, you can carry 13 un-real guns? Bull

Vehicles:
Gears, Peice of Crap Junker that was boring
Resistance, looks like great vehicles and fun to drive

Enemies:
Not much to say, just the resistance ones looked better for the most part

AI:
Hard to say but, the resistance didn't really seem that special and Gears has pretty good for the most part...

Art Direction:
Cant even remember what this was, I did know when I voted though lol

Multiplayer:
Gears, Unique, and team based
Resistance, looked pretty gay...

Graphics:
You could tell the whole time that Gears was better, plus the headshots in resistance are dumb...

Overall:
I just though Gears looked alot better total

As I said, I am a little biased but, I voted from what I could see of the games...

i only gave R:FOM vehicles..GoW and it don't even compare..and I'm not biased I like both the PS3 and 360
