I sorta agree...it's necessary that Defender, Uma, Wifi and ahadi discuss this, but that's a valid point you make about the majority of the posters on here wanting him gone. The answer is the system needs for be changed mods need to have more power. If a post breaks the house rules in away it needs to be removed OR! there should be a complain Link which should appear on every post and if someone feels the post is breaking the rules instead of responding an starting a flaming war. Use the Complain Link an everytime its used it should send a message to the mods inbox so the mods can deal with it that an it can be removed from the boards all together.

This would restore the forum as a friendly welcoming place an there wouldn't be a need for a a roasting room.
