well, this will no doubt offend people and i would be suprised if defender bans me for this post, but i must vent:
i have been a member of many web communitys for various products and topics. but i must say, every community that i am a member of that deals with the ds and psp is by far the most lacking in maturity! i really thought your community would be better. and for the most part is, yet like a pack of hungry wolves, someone is to even mumble "ds vs psp" or the like. you all come out of the wood work and start bashing and flamming. it's real immature people.
now, feel free to say what you must. flame me, bash me, call me bad things, ban me and make fun of me. it proves my point that you are immature even more.
everyone, i again, don't mean to offend, i enjoy posting on the forum and i find alot of great information and i don't want to leave. let's all get along and make this community the envy of every ds and psp community out there!! :-)

I wouldn't go as far as immature, annoying yes, but not immature. Also you joined at a point with a lot of it going on, usually we're pretty good about not starting PSP vs DS debates.

I don't know. I'd have to disagree. Normally we're an argument free zone, particularly on the DS vs. PSP front. We've had a few flames in the last week or so, but we can also certainly talk about the DS vs. PSP war maturely. There have been several threads already made commenting on our own infighting that's been going on recently. Also, the argument I was in recently ended with a mutual respect for the device the other had chosen. Decently mature if you act me.

sorry bud :-) i think i tend to kick up a lot of dust about ds vs psp and that is because i live in a town of sony fanboys and get sick of the whole "well i can watch a dvd on my hand held while listening to music and switching over to a game i already own on ps2". i just plain dont like the psp. im really trying to stop my rants about bashing it, but...eh. so sorry if you see a lot of my posts bash the psp, i just hate it :P . you are a great member of our forums though, you contribute quite a bit in your short time of being here. i hope you do choose to stay, i can be a good person, really

We are not as immature as you think.
I am 34 and I don't allow immaturity to rule any of my sites.
There of course is some PSP bashing at this site but heck...it's NintendoDSForums.com and focused on the DS fans.
Also why would I ban you over criticism? That statement was sort of immature.
Just post and have fun. I hope you stick around despite the fact you think some of the posts aren't as mature as your standards.

Yeah most of the arguments are between two people for different reasons.

Also, most of the PSP bashing is intellignet bashing, you wont see any:
OMG teh PsP r t3h sux!!!11!1!!
Sure we can be a little biased, but that's our perspective. I know whenever I say something negative about the PSP, I only say it once I'm sure it's founded in fact.

No problem. Just understand that, like Maxguy said, we do have the occasional PSP bashing around here from time to time but they are kept under control. As Defender said, just relax and have fun.

i try not to be immature, i just look at both sides of the story and have driven away from my fanboy attitude of my past. I now look at the psp and ds as fair as possible!!!
