FYE pre-order deal @ $300

I think this offer has been mentioned in the cheapassgamer forums already, but since I went to FYE today I'll share the deal as I saw posted in their advertisement billboard.

For $300, you get the PSP bundle + Spiderman 2 UMD + any $50 PSP game. That's pretty good for a person who wants to choose their own game bundle. And I think this is one of the few chain stores left that still have 1st shipments up for grabs (meaning you'll get the Spiderman 2 UMD) without having to camp out before the drop date. The EB's I went to said their 1st shipments were all spoken for.

And if you have tons of trade-in credit, then here's a great way to spend it!

just called FYE and got some info from them about the pre-order package. According to the clerk, she got a sheet today on it and when we pick up our PSP's we can choose from several games:

Twisted Metal
THUG 2 Remix
NFS Underground
NFL Street

So, if you want any other games you might want to look elsewhere. The store i called was getting enough to fill pre-orders and 3 extra and were not staying open until midnight on wednesday

hmmmm....I pre-ordered mine about a month ago and called about the game. The clerk told me we get to pick at launch but what if the game I want is all gone!!!! I don't want to be stuck with a game I don't want. I tried to get it across to her that I wanted to go ahead and tell her what I wanted with my pre-order, but she did not get the messege. So, my advice is to get there early as you can cause this week is spring break for a bunch of bored kids who wanna get this.
