DVD

I need a dvd drive so i can rip to my psp, but i figger, i might as well get a burner while im upgrading. Can anyone recommend a good cheap one?
i dont need it to be top of the line, i dont plan on doing alot of burning, want it just in case. i dont know what those numbers mean, read write and whatever the third one is and the + and - and all that crap.

I've had good luck with any of the LG drives. THe latest one is around $90 or less. Check on newegg.com

thanks for your help guys, i bought the pioneer burner, dvr-109 from,newegg, just got it today. few questions/ problems

is my computer supposed to read that the burner is connected or do i have to install a driver or something? windows isnt finding it...

and i also have a cd burner that came with the computer...which drive do i put the audio cable in to? i only have one...i put it into the dvd, is that right?

i got the 80 pin ribbon thing going to the cd first, then the going to the dvd

i tried reversing it, but the computer wouldnt boot becuase it is supposed to boot the cd first.
