I've recently heard that a federal court just halted sales of the psp in the usa due to many units that are defected. Im not sure about this though because i only seen it on one site. It might be a april fools joke but can you guys confirm this please.

No it was the PS2 i think becuase of the lawsuit about the rumble feature in the controler.

Dunno bout tht but do know tht Sony was forces to stop selling PS2 in the USA :cry: :cry: :cry:

Nah can't be real. yes ps2 sales were haulted because of some control issue..

The PS2 is halted. The controller has a patent infringement because of the rumble feature.

why don't they just remove the rumble pack and start selling the ps2 again?

I thought they settled the lawsuit out of court. Paying off the company would be end up being less than the amount they'd lose recalling and stopping the sale of PS2s.
