i got mine like 5 days ago and it is awesome. i picked it up at a blockbuster that has a gamerush in it. so i would suggest calling around and seeing if they have it.

I have tried ordering them from 3 sites, each time I do, I get something from them saying that they are now out of stock and my order gets canceled.

yea its weird. Every place i went to didnt hold them in stock. I once again had to go to this sketchy place to find one. (the only one they had)

I got mine at gamestop. But I work there. We got 2 and they were both gone within 3 minutes of opening the box. I bought one, and some customer was looking for one while I was unpacking them.

Last week EB got them back in stock. Finally broke down and ordered myself one. Here's hoping it comes in sometime this week. :)

A friend of mine and I both got ours at EB Games. Each store only received *one* of them. No idea what the deal is but a lot of PSP stuff seems to be in limited availability.

Man, I ran to Gamestop the other day because it was supposed to close in like 5 minutes. I got there, I looked around for a screen protecter, and I found the PLaygear, but no screen protector.. i was considering getting the Pelican one, but I hear its crappy, so imma just wait and get it at EB.

You are talking about two different things. Anyway, I have used the clear plastic film screen protector made by Pelican, and it works fine for me.

When it comes to screen protectors, I love my Hori one. When it comes to cases and such, Playgear Pocket is the way to go. I just printed off a Halo 2 Background to put on my Playgear Pocket.
