Dell place for memory stick

Hey,
I ordered a 512MB stick from Dell.com and it came to be $66 shipped.... well i looked at the shipping estimated date and it was like June!!!! I have been searching everywhere... anyone can help me to cancel the order?!?!?! I called them !!! Trust me i am in a dead end and need help.. thanks alot!

There was no contact information on the invoice they sent you? That is really surprising. Im sure you could cancel it if you get in touch with them. Start calling them and get to someone who can help you. Thats a ridiculous wait time.

Previously, Dell had 1gb sticks for $95. Its a shame I missed out on that one.

It's a pain in the ass but call them. It's the only way to cancel an order with them. I had to cancel an order for a laptop and that's all you get. Look around on their site for contact information. I think any # you get should be able to get you to customer service.

They only charge your card when it's shipped. So... It'll be charged in June.
