Shipping date for Dell $100 1GB duo

Just wondering how many people got in on the pro duo 1 gb from Dell for $100 and what shipping date they were given. When I initially ordered, they game me a date of 4/25 for shipping, and checking the order, nothing has changed. Anyone get any emails to the contrary?

I recieved a inital 4/22 email and when 4/22 came and pass I recieved another delay email for 4/29... still waiting...

Yeah, that's what I'm worried about. Guess I'll have to wait and see if they send me an email tomorrow with a delay notice.

Recieved an email on 4/22 ( original ship date )saying they would try to ship the order on or before 5/17.

Mine said 4/22 orginally, and on 4/22 I got an e-mail also for 4/29.

Same here. Original shipping date of 4/22. On 4/22 I received an e-mail for a nw shipping date of on or before 4/29. Online it still shows 4/22.

I believe that people are getting different shipping dates because Dell ships from mulitiple wherehouses around the US and those wherehouses get different expected shipping/receiving dates.

Looks like the 1gb duo's are unavailable to everyone right now. No one seems to have them in stock at all. I wonder what the problem is.

Yikes 5/17 for some of you peeps? I just got my notice for it being delayed till 5/02/2005.. That makes me think, I'll get a delay notice that day too, if you guys are starting to get reports of delays later than that date.. :<

First delay notice received today from dell. Original date was 4/25, now it's pushed back to 5/5. I'm really in no hurry, so I'll just wait it out.

I got a 512mb stick from dell and the shipping date was like 7/20 no lie... got me mad becuase I duno hwo to cancel it!! (too many run-arounds )
