gears of war !HELP!

When i get to the Haze checkpoint an error comes up saying that the disk can't be read!I can't get past this.I looked at the disk theres these perfect circular scratches around the disk.So i thought it was my 360 that was scratching it but all my other games are fine.The game was bran new and sealed when i got it and i've been these problems since day 1 of having it but i usually get past the parst where the errors ucur. :(

I still have the receipt should i bring it back?

I would bring it back. Or they have disc scratch remover that works pretty good.

I had the same problem, the EXACT same thing, even down to the perfect ring of scratch. Basically for like a week, I just had to thoroughly clean the disk and then put it back in and it would work usually.... Now, I have no problems at all...

this is interesting guys.....I went back to the shop where i bought it (its right beside my house lol) and they said the "circular scratching" happens when you move the 360 when theres a game in it and running.apparently microsoft denies this but this happens alot.I know the guys that work there fairly well and they gave me a bran new sealed Gears of War when they shouldn't of.
