Weird Intercooler Problem

The first time of the day that i turn on my 360, the intercooler makes a high pitched buzzing noise, like a high pitched version of what it normally sounds like, then i turn off the 360 and turn it back on and it doesn't do it anymore.

It works, but at the same time you're killing the original fans in the system. Since the Intercooler is making them run at a higher RPM.
