just got thie game and i must say im realy enjoying it. Dont bother trying to follow the storyline its been translated from japanese into english and well lets say the storyline got lost in translation. The gameplay is fantastic you can grapple onto builidngs using the X button, The Graphics are stunning aswel

There are loads of wepons lying about so ammo is never a probolem. By far the best thing about the game is the mech machines (virtual suits) youl need to use the machines to fight the many bosses in this game. You can even unmount a rocket launcher or grapling gun from a VS and carry it around with you (the gun is huge its funny).

Im currently on a boss stage were i have to fight this huge Worm thing and i mean HUGE!.

One annoyance about this game is somthing called the thermal eneergy. Becuase your on a ice planet you must collect energy blobs to keep your thermal energy suit alive. If your energy drops to 0 your health then quickly drops to 0. You can collect energy from shooting objects or killing the akens (aliens)

Multiplayer side of things are fantastic! Its brillant on LIVE and ranks up there with the likes of GOW and GRAW. At the moment its maily full of japs. Wich is differnt for a change becuase the japs dont normaly play the games i own. The leverls online are fantastic! Lots of things to grappel to. You can use Mechs (virtual suits) to destroy your oppenent with a missle launcher. You can play a few differnet types of matches the only one i played is team detahmatch. Like Halo you gain levels if you play well i started on LV0 but after one game im on LV6. You also get awarderd medals.

Overall i recomend this game as a must have game for the 360 8/10 for me

Gameplay/7.5
Graphics/8.5
sound/9
replay value/8 (ive herd the campaign is very short but it took me 55 mins to finish level 2! the LIVE aspect means this will be played for many a month after you finish the campaign)

Great review.. there's a lot of hype over this game and I thought the demo was pretty good.

The demo would probably just throw you into whatever game has an open slot on that particular level. I have a demo on my OXM disc but I don't know if it has multiplayer or not... hmmm!?

I have been really enjoying this game too. I think the story does well with the translations or atleast the cinematics that accompany it make it work. I have played some levels that take less than 20 minutes and then some that take almost an hour. I think it really depends on how many akrid you want to take out.
