I am not sure if this is supposed to happen but right after I beat the main quest, some lady came to me and told me to see some guy(i forgot his name). So you go to him and he something for you to do. You have to complete the mission he gives you to join. Their is a little bit of a twist though. I would suggest looking it up online though.
