GTA: San Andreas

Hey... I don't know if any of you guys have heard but the ESRB has changed San Andreas's Rating to "AO" (Adult's Only)!!! This is because of the Hot Coffee hack recently dicovered. This means Wal-Mart, Target, EBGames, GameStop, and many other retailers are going to pull it from their shelves. However, Rockstar plans on releasing a version without Hot Coffee so the rating can be put back down to M. I heard about this last night while watching Attack of the Show on G4.

No... it is also the PS2 and XBOX versions because you can get to the Hot Coffee in it using an Action Replay code. In the link I provided it says in the 5th paragraph down, all three platform versions of the game are being recalled. OUCH... poor Rockstar!!

Wonder what Sony will do. It expressly says in the instruction manual of my new PS2 that Sony does not allow AO games on their systems.

I dled the hack for the hot coffee mod. Its actually pretty funny. The face that the girls put on when your banging them is really frightning. It sucks that their changing the rating to AO. Its not like you see tits or anything. 2bad.

Yeah, I found out about it a while ago, I was just too lazy to find out more. I was watching G4 when I found out it was going to be turned AO. This doesn't affect me at all. I will just buy the Xbox version.

I personally find this whole ordeal rediculous. Ok, so we can have a game that you blow peoples heads off, start wars, kill the authorities, commit all sorts of crime like vandalism, then the media finds out about some little minigame in SA and they decide to take it to AO? wtf? wake up, people. Sex is more natural than killings, vandalism, etc etc. I think its rediculous...

Thompson is just an abmulance-chaser trying to score money out of one of the biggest selling games available. Rockstar didn't do anything wrong considering the sex minigame in God of War and the nudity in that. Getting worked up about it is exactly what he's trying to get everyone to do so it becomes a big media deal, attracts other idiots to his cause and eventually wins a suit. Look at him now, he's attacking The Sims 2 just days later as if it's doing things any differently than the first Sims or the ability to remove the censor bars is new news. Or that seeing barbie-doll-esque computer models is really offensive or possible for perverts to get off on.
