im just wondering.what is a ps3 hardrive? does it improve graphics? and can i still play dvds and cds if i dont have a hardrive on it?

Dude, no offense or anyting.. but do you have a computer? you must, since youre typing that message... ok, do you have an xbox? well there ya go, the Xbox and the PC both have harddrives.... A harddrive is simply a device that allows storage of applications and programs. Id say that on the PS3, theyre going to use it for gamesaves and downloads.

wow... im not much of a tech person thats why i asked all those questions. anyways im curious, i want to know as much as i can about the ps3.does anyone still know if i could copy games into the ps3?

How old are you?

A hard drive is application for the PS3. What happens is, you go out in your car with the hard drive and attach it to your stereo. When you drive, it measures all sorts of things, e.g. speed, G forces, acceleration, even where you went if you splurged on the GPS hard drive.

You can take the hard drive back into your house when you are done and plug it into the PS3. It will then show you exactly where you went and simulat the "hard drive" you just went on. Really neat technology, actually. The PS3 is gonna kick ass!
