I got my VGA Cable today and i havent used it yet but before i put it in i was wondering if there was some kind of adapter you can get which will allow you too have my 360 and my pc pluggend in at the same time with a switch to switch it over?

Yeah, you need a KVM (Keyboard Video Mouse) box

KVM's are designed so you can have 2 (or more) PC's but one monitor/keyboard/mouse. On one side of the KVM you plug in your monitor, K/B and mouse, on the other side is two sets of connections for monitor, K/B and mouse. Obviously you will run monitor, K/B and mouse leads to your PC and only video to the 360.
The KVM then switches between the 2 inputs (PC and 360).

oh i just gave up on this idea its was going to take too much hassle to get it all working to my satisfaction lol
