ok basic jist of what happened, somone stole a decent amount of stuff from my apartment, one of the items was my friends 360... it had my had drive on it and now the person is using my gamertag on xbox live, anyone know a way to track the ip via the gamertag?...the detective i spoke with isnt very pc savy but wants to help, i just need to get him a good direction and he will do the rest. any tips guys or am i simply sol?

you can only ring MS customer services. If you can prove you are the orginal holder and registerd the serial on the xbox.com they can help you

oh well the first thing i did when it happened was call my buddy in texas and ask for the seriel number but he couldnt find it -.- my bases are covered for my broken 360, but his is the problem thx for the reply tho

THey couldnt do crap for me when I thought someone hacked my account. THey couldnt get an IP or anything.

Figure what out? I was trying to get someone to give me the last IP address to sign on to my account.

on another note with this aparently the person is trying to get msn internet with my card from the 360, the account is closed and im going to call msn with the credit card number and see if they can trace down the account, the didnt use my name or address, so im hoping this goes somewhere
