Is this $10 a month, or $10 a year?!

Say if I wanted to use this site to host..movies, what would be the best way of securing it?

If you were to host movies and stuff on it, I'd suggest RAR'ing them with a password.

and give them like random names and such, like m1ntacosauceisgood but secretly thats Alice in Wonderland?

Exactly, but of course... Alice in Wonderland is copyrighted and owned by Disney, so that would be illegal  wouldn't want to do THAT.

I might do this, I really don't need a website for anything, but for $10!

does anyone know if you can cancel the hosting and still get to finish out your year? Like, I want to get hosting and cancel right away so it doesn't renew for another year and I wont have to remember to cancel it... But, if I do that, will I lose my hosting right away or be able to finish that year?

If that makes sense...

Ya can i buy it and then 2 seconds later end it so it does not auto renew, but still keep my site for the year?
