i'm new so please excuse this question if it seems stupid. but, do all umd's work on psp's even if their not made by sony psp? :oops:

Currently all UMDs are made by sony. Companies send the movies to sony to be pressed onto UMD.

In theroy, yes. As long as they are not imports. While all the games on the PSP are region free, the UMDs like DVDs have region coding.
