Well, xbox 360 is coming out so, ill probably get an xbox because $300-$400 is too expensive for me (well, i dont want my parents to spend that much on me for 1 thing for christmas) So, i was wondering what games are popular for online gameplay on xbox? Also, what's the best way? getting the xbox live starters kit (does that include all you need?) and get a wireless router or put the xbox near your computer and connect through ethernet? sorry, a lot of questions but, ive never played a game online before and i'm curious.

You need a router to play on xbox I know there is a game wireless router you can buy but I am old school with wires everywhere. I love playing Halo 2 on xbox live you can get a head set with it your choice I got one for 30 dollars and it makes the games more fun. Really most xbox games now are online play so you can get xbox live for when I got it it was 49.99 for a year or you can pay by month like 9.95 or something. You don't need to pay for xbox live but I love it is so easy to find what you want to play with it you can use XB connect and there is another program too that are both free anymore questions PM me or leave them here I hope I answered all your questions :D

yes, you answered most of them. thank you but, does anyone know if the xbox live starter kit has all that you need (besides an xbox and a computer) to get xbox live?

yeah, i saw that at best buy yesterday except it was 69.99. well, my computer is a couple feet from my tv so ill just get that and connect through ethernet. Thank you for the information

also, any more popular xbox live games (that have many players almost all the time) would be appreciated.
