mine would have to be a tie between Nall (Lunar series) and Ryu (breath of fire III and IV) due to the fact that they can be in both human and dragon form, which is totally kick ass

Um...the chicken from Legend of Zelda. Or the Gangster Boss car from Burnout Legends (is so a character!)

i love hacking the hell out of those chickens til hundreds fly around and try to kill you, then i'd just set it on fire with the fire rod

ryu was in bof 1 and 2 also lol
