i know about photoshop but it costs money..Is the any program that is free and is like photoshop?

Uh...there is a 30 day free Flash MX trial. Flash is an animating program but it can do some photo editing and is much simpler 2 use, also it can export as animated gifs. There IS a way to get it free and its easy but im not telling.

Go to Russia. Get photoshop, maya , flash and a whole bunch of other stuff on a disc fo 150 roubles. 25 roubles= canadian dollar, 28= USD

No, easier. Hint: It involves Google. Then again, everything involves Google. Another hint: This was like the uber-master hint. Once u download flash you will know what i mean.
