360 slowing down?

Over the past month my 360 seems to be slowing down. I have no idea why this could be happening. I have had it for about a year. The games seem to be fine, but going through menus and everything seems to be much slower. Anyone got the same problem?

If the games are fine then maybe your 360 has a problem running on idle. Post a video of how slow it is.

Same here, I notice the dashbord is slow and laggy. And I just replaced it with a new one manufactured in October
